The PREP-C Dimensions

Relationships

Relationships are the foundation of influence. Leaders do not advance or create impact through competence alone. They need trust, sponsorship, collaboration, and strategic connection.

Presence

Presence is how leadership is experienced before results are explained. It includes confidence, composure, credibility, communication, and the way a leader shows up under observation.

Contribution

Contribution is the visible value a leader creates through results, problem-solving, culture, influence, and the development of others.

Politics

Politics is not automatically negative. It is the reality of influence, power, priorities, and decision-making inside organizations.

Education is the continuous development of knowledge, skill, perspective, and business understanding. Leaders must keep learning if they expect to keep leading at higher levels.
